Please remove your shoes before entering the session hall. This is really essential to helping keep a clean environment for our little ones
Serene Tiny Toes is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend your pre-booked class. If you are unable to attend a class please let us know by text.
If I need to cancel a session due to illness, adverse weather etc we will endeavour to arrange a replacement session - if this is not possible you will be credited with a session.
Please do not enter the hall until the door is open which is usually 5 minutes before the session.
Only one adult per child can attend unless it has been pre-arranged with us.
